📅 Return Window

You may return your wig within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition.

a brief try on without brushing or perfume scent is acceptable if other return requirements are met please see below.

This excludes collections below that are non returnable as they are customised bespoke pieces-

• Hayley Jane Collection

• Amie Louise Collections 

• any sample pieces or outlet items

• has been customised on your request example cut ,styled or lace cut 

• sale items marked non returnable 

✅ Return Requirements for other collections 

For hygiene and quality reasons, wigs must meet all the following conditions to be eligible:

• Tags and hygiene seals must be intact
• Lace must be uncut (unless pre-cut by us)
• Wig must be unworn and unbrushed 
• No product build-up, perfume, smoke, or any odour
• Hair net, packaging, and accessories must be returned
• Wig must be in the same condition it arrived

Wigs that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer and not refunded.

 

💷 Refund is store credit only 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering return postage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
