Each wig in this collection is a one-of-a-kind, hand-finished piece, styled and customised by Hayley Jane. These are not mass-produced wigs — every piece is individually designed, cut, and styled.

Please read carefully before purchasing:

• Styling & Finish
All wigs are styled to a specific design (e.g. loose curls, waves, straight ends). Synthetic fibres hold their shape unless high heat is applied. Light brushing may soften curls slightly, which is normal and not a fault. Curls can be redefined using a light water and conditioner spray.

• Colour & Appearance
Colour may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, filters, and screen settings. We aim to show wigs as accurately as possible, but variation is normal.

• Lace & Customisation
Lace may arrive pre-cut or uncut depending on the manufacturer.
We offer an optional lace cutting service for £1, which must be selected at checkout.
If not selected, lace will be left uncut. Many customers prefer this to customise the fit themselves, particularly if they are gluing the wig down.

• Length & Cut
Some styles (particularly curls and waves) may appear shorter due to layering and curl pattern. Straightening or restyling may alter the perceived length.

• Hair-Up & Styled Designs
Hair-up styles and intricate designs are delicate and created for visual impact. These styles should be handled with care when worn and stored.
Due to transit, slight movement may occur — we recommend gently adjusting the style on arrival and applying your own hairspray if needed to secure it to your preference.
For best results, store on a wig stand rather than hanging, to help maintain the shape and structure of the style.
Damage caused by heavy handling, restyling, or incorrect storage is not considered a fault.

• Bespoke Item Policy
As each wig is customised and styled, all bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
