Louise — Founder, Finance Director, Head of Operations & Customer Care

Louise is the founder of Reign Wigs UK and oversees the operational side of the business. She manages customer care, order packing and dispatch, and all one-to-one and virtual wig consultations. Louise is also the final decision-maker on key business choices and works closely with the team to ensure every customer receives a supportive, personalised experience.

Hayley — Co-Founder, Creative Director, Digital Manager & Wig Stylist

Hayley co-founded Reign Wigs UK and leads the creative, digital, and styling side of the brand. She originated the concept and name of Reign and is responsible for product development, wig customisation and styling, supplier research, and daily brand promotion. Hayley manages the website and Shopify store and ensures the brand’s online presence, visuals, and product quality remain consistent and high-standard.

Amie — Hair Specialist & Human Hair Customisation Lead

Amie is a professional hairdresser with many years of experience and the owner of her own salon. She provides expert guidance during product development, assists with order as packing, and will lead Reign’s human hair wig customisation service when it launches. Amie’s industry knowledge ensures all custom work meets professional salon standards.
